Through a local marathon the participants had the opportunity to reflect on personal and team performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to improve. Reflective practices in sports can help participants and teams to build resilience, confidence, and a positive mindset. In this activity the participants had to overcome their personal challenges and barriers and reflect on their feelings.
