Refl’ Action Research | Article #3 – “Travelling the same river through different waters: reflections from the world of meditation.”
Refl’ Action continues its series of articles about research on reflective practices and how to bring them from the theoretical context to practical implementation. The previous article delved into reflection, thought, judgement, and criticism. In this article, after a small introduction to the virtue of habits in the Roman Empire and India, we analysed various meditation practices, such as Vipassana. This method was explained in detail by Arturas Deltuva, who shared his experience in the world of meditation. In addition, we examined the terms of Mantra, Metta, and Muda meditation activities. We drew the conclusion that a human can rejoin the authentic Self through the recognition of chakras.
