The event involved 25 people, including youth workers, trainers, facilitators, and researchers. The day aimed to disseminate the concept of Reflection within experiential learning and reflective practices beneficial for developing personal and group well-being.
The participants were involved in the first part of an introduction to the project and the theoretical background of reference and in a series of group activities in which they experimented with the use of reflection as a helpful tool for achieving goals, as a tool for analysing their own emotions and those of others. During the activities, we tried to use different reflective approaches to collect feedback and inputs for the future. The day ended with a debate on the concept of reflection and how it can be used in people’s daily and professional life.
