On the 26th of September, Youthmakers Hub hosted “It’s reflection time!”, an in-person workshop exploring how reflective practices could be integrated into everyday life. The activity took place in a contemporary, innovative space in the Kotsanas Ancient Greek Technology Museum Heraklion, Crete. 

MarcoValerio Battaglia, our trainer from Kamaleonte, made the first step and helped us comprehend reflection as a definition. During the workshop, the participants learned how to cooperate, build trust and relationships, develop problem-solving skills, and find out how they can achieve a goal through reflection. With non-formal methods, they explored the different levels of reflection and the positive impact of giving and accepting feedback. 

One of the essential takeaways from the activity was that despite the language or age differences, there is always a way to achieve something if your approach is reflective.
